Sorry for late entry. I just got back from gym. My weigh in is only 0.5848% down since Monday. A few things:
1) Jennifer is prolly right that all the water I drink during workout makes weighing in after a bit off mark. Next Thursday will weigh in in the AM.
2) I am also lifting weight so some fat is replaced by muscle. My real goal would be to replace fat with muscle. Still I hope to have a better weigh in next time.
3) I had a shorter weigh in period (Mon to Thur) than these fatties who think they are doing miracles by losing a lousy 2-something percents.
There is too much fat on this blog.

How many lbs is that Yrautca, if you look in the comments for the last post you'll see that I said how many pounds I lost.

You already know my weight but anyway I lost about a pound.
