Let me just preface this by saying this week SUCKED at work. We were short staffed...stressed, I never took more than 15 minutes for lunch and I worked super late almost every single night. Therefore...I was completely and totally screwed on my first week of dieting. It's quite pathetic I assure you. Shit. I'm going to have to do something to buckle down and be able to deal with the stress, weariness and still work hard. I WILL PERSERVERE IN THIS CHALLENGE IF IT'S THE LAST THING I DO!
All the whining aside....I've lost a single...freakin' pound. Percentage wise: .57%
Ashley...you can stop worrying about losing now.

Yay!!! I don't feel so bad that i gained it all back lol.
On the same note, i understand the whole no time thing. I have very long days at work and by the time i get into the city i have to eat and hit the gym which means i get home at like 9pm or later. Makes for long long days.
Linny, that you lost weight in the face of so much other stuff is a credit to you. And you totally have the right attitude, unlike someone we know who took a week off.
If Ash was running a marathon she'd stop every kilometre to go to the bathroom and take a break!
As long as you are making forward progress you're doing better than you were before and as long as you don't get discouraged you'll get there.

Don't forget that Yrautca had almost the exact same results in his first week.
You guys made me feel so much better. Thank you. I was feeling really down about it. If the weather is nice...I think I'm going to go for a run at the park over the weekend. I hate to run...but it's a good cardiovascular workout.
