I gained a pound.
Which totally sucks.
But I am hoping it has something to do with the fact that I have been working out a lot more and perhaps that is just some fat that was turned to muscle.
Come on guys.

I'm ready to give up dammit. Things need to chill out in my life so I can go at this full force.
I originally gained back the 1 lbs I lost last week but now I've lost that pound again. Therefore I am back where I started. I guess I should be happy I haven't gained any weight considering.

Your pounds are going to start dropping away, I just know it.
Linny, if you don't have time to go out and exercise you can at least focus on what you are eating. I've been limited in my ability to exercise by my knee injury and I've just been doing my best not to eat too much.
At least you posted it LOL. When i was in the negatives, i didnt' post my %.
