So right on the heels of my "Bus to Skinny Town" post...what do I do? I pig out the very next day. Ugh. My Uncle and Grandfather are visiting from Arizona and we all went out to breakfast this morning (I ate pancakes) and then went to a late lunch at Longhorns (Chicken fingers and fries). :0(
I am very upset with myself. Not to mention bloated as hell and feeling a little queasy. I am going to have to bust my ass over the next few days to make weight. Damn damn damn damn.

Oh good...you made it to breakfast. I was afraid that you were going to say that they decided to change the location of the restaurant at the last minute without letting you know.
Oh I made it. Nearly killed my mother before the day was over but I made it.

i tried to eat right but i have not been doing it at all! i'm a fat ass and i dont car till we go to Fl in July!
I had to sit through a Sunday dinner of Swiss Chalet while everyone ate but me because of the cleanse.
