My numbers

Not great but pretty reasonable. 2.11%. Please note once I lose a few more I am cutting back on cardio and increasing weight training. Whatever!

Really though Yrautca, your percentage was quite close to mine and while I had problems with my knee, I was really focused food-wise this week.

Go Yarutica. Cardio is great to burn off the fat...good plan to work on building muscles after. You're gonna be hot.

Hey, my second comment was an attempt to be encouraging.
Maybe I am mean, but perhaps that's why I need to lose weight, personality doesn't fit body, so the body must change.
