Ok.
Jennifer suggested I might need to post my workout/food intake data so that you may tear it apart, offer advice, criticize (in a good way hopefully), etc. so that my fatty bo batty ass can get smaller.
Here it is.

I am not sure about your meal plan. Slice of cheese? Two slices bacon? Try some cereal with non-fat milk. Cereal should be wheat or grain based. No more cheese and bacon for you.
3 yogurts snakc after that breakfast? Whoa. I am guessing the yogurt company started the rumor that it burns tummy fat. I don’t think that it does. If you must, get plain yogurt (unflavored) and put pieces of fresh fruit in it. And one cup will do for you.
Be careful with the salad dressing. Those can make a salad equal to a quarter pounder.
I wouldn't be quite so drastic as Yrautca, you're working from the weightwatchers plan and you are coming in under your points rating for the day, so that's good.
I think that you should probably check to make sure that the things you have decided are a certain number of points are indeed in that category for example is it the kind of yoghurt that they say, or is the portion of bacon or bread the right amount for the number of points.
The point of weight watchers is to be able to eat what you want as long as you stay under the points value, so if you want bacon and cheese for breakfast and you are prepared to spend the points on it, then that's cool with them.
I personally hate cereal, I think it's that much milk first thing in the morning, the idea turns my stomach.
Few suggestions: make sure the cheese is lowfat, as well i'm not sure what type of bacon you are eating but i believe turkey bacon probably has less fat than piggies.
As well Ceasar salad dressing is the worst, so you may want to find a low fat type.
