Ok ladies, since I am out of town starting Thursday morning, I will do my weigh-in tomorrow night. Just a little heads up that I just stepped off the scale and I am at my lowest weight since the start of this competition. I may well be the first man in the history of peoplekind to win this thing two weeks in a row. My secret this week:
No beer, regular workout, dinner consists of oranges and carrots. It has been tough but I was motivated. We have a client dinner on Thursday night and I know I will have to eat a proper meal. Then breakfast with colleague the next day will also be proper, and when I travel I have to eat at airports so that cant be too healthy either.

Nice, i'm sure airports have salads or something.
You could plan ahead and bring carrots and oranges to eat at the airport :)
I'd like to point out that while I'm not a man, I have won back to back.
I'm glad to see that you're buckling down Yrautca. Good luck on your results tonight.
I'm finally getting some physiotherapy for my knee, so I'll be able to step up my game starting next Monday, I'm really excited about that, because trying to lose weight without excercise is an uphill battle (and I mean that figuratively, because lately if there was a hill, I'd have to find an elevator or go the other way.)
I posted on my blog the whole sad tale of my knee issues if you are interested.
But the short story is, that I finally got a referal for physio and my first consultation is Monday, and I'm so psyched. I'm going to do as well as I can this week, and next week and the week after, watch out, because I'm going to steamroll over all you all! Wahahaha!

Oh god, I don't want to weigh in this week. I have the womanly problem that Miss Ash spoke of.
0.61% baby.
Ash, nice idea.
Jennie, have you tried water aerobics or whatever they call it. I do hope you dont put any pressure on your joints. Try something lighter ok. I dont think you need much work either much like the other ladies in here. Just take it easy, ok?
Yrautca,
You're right that aquabics would be a good option for someone with joint problems, but most people who have joint problems need to try and avoid putting pressure on their joints, like not jumping up and down in full gravity, and my problem is bending and straightening the joint, I carry around those big jugs of water for the coolers at work two at a time every day and suffer no ill effects, but if I climb the stairs it's painkillers for the rest of the day.
Also, the real reason, is that in a million years I'd never be caught dead in a swim suit. Not in exchange for a win every week for the rest of the competition.
If a genie appeared and offered to magically transform me to my goal weight and all I had to do in return was get up and prance around in front of all my friends in a bathing suit, I'd say, no thanks I'll do it the old fashioned way.
