Weigh In

Alright, I lost one pound this week thus resulting in a .56% loss. Shitty, but a loss none the less. As well i've been slaving away at the gym this week, taking various classes and trying new things. My nutrition plan has also gotten underway this week, so i am expecting to beat all you slackers next week :)

I just had to edit this as i didn't realize you had posted already. I was calling all of you slackers for not posting LOL. Is January 1st when we started this nonesense? If so, then i believe it has been 9 pounds. 9 bloody pounds in a month and a half *sigh*

Seems like you might need to step up your game Ash, focus on finding a system where you lose every week, stop giving up on the week because of one event, and buckle down my friend.
I'm lighter than you now and I've lost more than twice as much weight.
