Superbowl Sunday

This is a portrait of my weekend. I'd like to congratulate the Seahawks on their victory, too bad the refs didn't see it that way, although I question whether they saw anything at all. That was some of the worst officiating I've ever seen. I didn't even go into the game caring who won, but I felt bad for both sides. The Steelers are getting the trophy, but after that game who could look at the trophy and feel good about it? Oh well, back to my eating. This was the 100 chicken wings the boyf ordered for the game, bleh, I feel ill.

See i wasn't sure if you were trying to psyche us out by saying you were going to eat alot, making us feel like it was ok to eat alot, and then in turn you would not. I know you better than that though :)

I ate pizza and crazy bread and nachos and apple crisp, only one light beer. Now i have the shits and i realize why i'm trying to eat healthy. My ass is on fire and i feel bloated.

Those look like cockroaches!

anyway, my indulgence was a bleu cheese burger at Red Robin, with french fries. Seahawks lost but honestly both teams sucked. In my opinion NE are still the champs.

I WISH I could eat one of those right now. :0(

Ash...what is crazy bread?

Linny, It's pizza dough, cut into slices and cooked. They then put butter and garlic sauce and parmesean cheese on them yum :)

Yrautca, you're right about the wings, they look gross, I suppose I won't try to offer my photographic talents to any food related publications any time soon!
I still have three or four wings left for a snack at some point this week.
The crazy part is that when I weighed myself this morning, I weighed exactly the same as I did on Thursday. I'm pleased to say that I must just be one of those people who looses more when they eat more because my diet was disgusting from the leftover muffins and danishes I chowed down on on Friday morning, to the old gross leftover sushi I ate Friday afternoon, to the chips and dip and wings I ate on Sunday. Nasty nasty nasty.
The one bright light was a new recipe I discovered in a Weight Watchers cookbook for Kale with Balsalmic Vinegar and Dijon mustard. Soooo tasty! I think I'm going to cook other veggies in the Balsalmic and Dijon sauce from that recipe. Vinegars and mustards are great because they have tonnes of flavour and few calories, and together, well, I'll post a recipe and you can see for yourself.

In my experience, you don’t gain immediately after having a eating spree. I think that it takes 2/3 even 4 days for it to show up. I wont be so positive this week if I were you.

No no Yrautca, I if I were YOU I won't be positive this week, as myself I'll have a very positive percentage.

I'm wearing a pair of pants at the moment that I bought a few short months ago that were too tight, now they are sliding off, I regret not wearing a belt today and they were straight out of the clean laundry pile when I put them on. I used to wear them with flat shoes now they are dragging on the ground when I'm wearing heels, because I lost so much bum and thigh. Maybe it's just the meat talking, but I feel good.
Now if I could only do something about my knee, I could really get my workout on and blow all you bitches out of the water.

Jennifer scolded me in all kinds of blogs. And she called me a bitch. I feel like crying. I need some comfort food.

Jennifer said...

Yeah right, every time I bitch you out, you beat off about it. Then you imagine doing disgusting things to my rolls of fat. You're so gross.

Jennifer - I think you should contact this company, and offer that picture for their official flyer. Make some money off your gluttony.

Really? Because I don't think that looks appetizing at all. Speaking of, I think the wings are going to make another appearance at band practice tonight, can she resist twice? Only time will tell.
