I have been doing pretty good on my diet.
I have been working out.
I drink lots of water to flush my system.
No change.
I think my body likes to be fat.
How do I change its mind?

Ok...this is common. You may very well have just reached a plateau. It happens and you have to work through it. You have to change up your rountine a bit. I have heard from a few people that when this happens they give themselves a break for a couple of days and then go at it again and it helps. But maybe you should look up some tips online too.
I agree with linny, you need to just keep at it even when it seems its not working.
Firstly, don't get discouraged. Secondly, why don't you post a daily routine? What you typically eat, exercise levels, that kind of thing.
