Thursday rolls around once again, and I'd like to thank my fans for sticking by me in the high weightloss weeks and the low weightloss weeks. I'd like to not thank the friends who bought two bags of chips and left them by me during a boardgame session on the weekend.
My total weightloss this week was 0.57% this was my lowest weightloss yet, but other than the chips there were some extenuating factors like being starved and bummed after my disappointing cleanse. On the other hand, I've lost a total of 9.9% of my body fat in a month, which is amazing. I've gone down a size or two. I'm wearing pants today that I had to wear Spanx to get into for the BF's Christmas party in December, except today when I put the pants on they fit really comfortably and when I put my shoes on I noticed that the pants were too long because I didn't have as much bum or thigh to keep them up. Having to invest in some hemming is a small price to pay for a pretty awesome weightloss. Does anyone know a good dressmaker? Ash? I need some of my work pants altered, I'm running out. Although a couple more pounds and I'll be another size down and I'll fit into another bunch of smaller pants.
Also, I feel like I need a new system, or a new book or something, I feel like my major gains are all behind me, and while lossing a pound or so a week is nothing to sneeze at, I'd rather lose more. So I'm casting around for something new. No Atkins or anything, that's just silly.
Maybe I need something that will motivate me to exercise more. The nice weather has me walking home for an hour every night, and I've found a route that I really like, which takes me past some good shopping and through my old neighbourhood which I really miss. But the nice weather won't last forever, unless Wiarton Willie is right and Punxatawny Phil is wrong! Happy Groundhog Day! Seriously though, I can't depend on nice weather to get my exercise, not in this city. I'm thinking that I need to take up a team sport, perhaps I'll do volleyball like Ashley, or maybe some other indoor sport, or sign up for a class. I don't know, I'm going to be pondering that this week.

The plus to losing only a pound a week is that the weight will stay off if you happen to cheat a little.
I do have a great dressmaker, her name is Emily. However she lives near me. If you come and visit we can make an appointment for you. I would hold off though until you lose a bit more, only because i had her alter a bunch of my clothes and 10 lbs is about a dress size, by the time you pick them up they may need to be altered again.
As for changing up your routine. I am the same right now, very bored with my gym and i have not been going as much as i used to. Believe it or not i used to be there at least 5 days a week, now i'm slacking, rarely doing my weight training. So i've decide to try some of their classes to spruce things up, and you know what, i loved the first one i tried. They also have circuit weight training classes which i will try to get me back into that as well. I'm not sure i'm ready for the spinning classes just yet though.
I'm proud of you. I think they recommend that the healthy way of doing things is to only lose 1-2 lbs a week anyways. Keep it up and you'll be strutting along the catwalk in no time. I'm quite sure the boyfriend is thrilled. bount chica bount bount!!!
