Ok so i stepped on the scale this morning and was amazed to see that i had lost another pound. I was quite excited, mind you for all the work i've been doing i'd hoped it had been more. It seems that going to the gym and eating properly has been paying off. I did however eat in restaurants twice when i went to visit Jennifer so that may have had something to do with it. My % is .0057
At this rate i just may be able to lose about 8 more pounds before the wedding LOL

It's actually 0.57%, good work Ash, we should go to a breakfast buffet every weekend!
I am so proud of my fellow losers!!!
I however stayed the same. Again.
I am so ashamed to keep saying that every week.
Maybe I should resign myself from the competition.
Maybe instead of resigning from the competition you should just lose some weight!
I've been plateaued or nearly so for several weeks, just try doing something different. You and Linny had less weight to lose than the rest of us going into this thing, so it will be harder for you to take the weight off. Don't worry about that part.
Are you following a regimen of diet and exercise? Are you feeling better? Are your clothes looser? If so then you are succeeding no matter what your scale says.
If not, are you cheating on your regimen, is the regimen not effective? Is there more you could be doing?
Think about this.
If you are tired of saying that you stayed the same weight every week, then redouble your efforts for next week. Turn over a new leaf, focus, add extra workouts, eat more salad. Just for one week make a big big effort and see if it makes a difference. If it does, you'll want to keep up the effort.
I agree with Jennifer, your body gets used to doing the same thing over and over and eventually plateaus' You gotta step it up a notch. I despise running, i usually just walk at a quick pace. For the past few weeks i've tried jogging on the treadmill to push myself, i got up to 8 mins of running today in my 45 mins on there.
Ash I think you've done really great. Keep at it and before long...we'll all be in bikinis.
So Ash,
Do you mean that you ran for 8 minutes before the treadmill fell through the floor from the force of the weight?
Sorry couldn't help it, er, ah, see you tonight...
Ok so I lost a pound that I gained last week.
Dont expect great results from me from now on. My exam is one month away and believe me I have to eat well. I have to load up on lattes and energy drinks and carbs.
Congrats to all. Linny is doing really well now.
