I was able to study this weekend for extended hours and yet I worked out and ate very well.
For two days I have had an Asian Salad for lunch - all kinds of veggies with oranges with low fat dressing. It was yummy and it was healthy.
At dinner I have had baked chicken. No bread, no french fries, no chips. Just plain chicken.
For snack I have had plain almonds. For dessert I eat cold oranges.
I also went to gym for one hour each on both Sat and Sun. On Sat, I did 15 minutes each on treadmill, cycle, elliptical and stairmaster. On Sunday I lifted weight for an hour.
I had no beer all weekend. I am feeling pretty darn good about the weekend.

I actually got it from McDonald's. Dont laugh at me now. I am a bachelor with no wife to cook for me.

Asian Salad with Grilled Chicken:
Grilled Chicken Breast Filet, Salad Mix, Asian Blend, Mandarin Oranges, Almonds, Orange Glaze, Liquid Margarine
Well that won't work for me, i don't eat meat. I'd have to come up with my own recipe.
Don't worry Yrautca...I think this week I'll most likely only break even. It's next week you'll have to worry about.
