Results April 27, 2006

Hey kids, I'm still not back in competitive form from my orgy of gluttony in NYC, but I did lose a few pounds, and I'll be in fighting form for next week. I've been doing my physio exercises, and working out my upper body. My arms and shoulders, abs and back are coming along quite nicely, I had been increasing the number of reps I was doing, but yesterday I set the weights on the universal trainer up a notch, and I have the sore muscles to prove it today.

I am the same this week. I smashed my foot on my friends kitchen table which made it almost impossible to walk for a few days let alone do cardio. I did go to the gym and lift weights though as i didn't want to be a total slacker. Next week should be better for me as well, i only have a month and a half before the weeding. I'm a procrastinator that works well under pressure.

Hey Ash,
If you could barely walk around, then it should have been harder for you to get to the fridge too! Or did you hook up a hose or some kind of pulley system to bring the food straight to your mouth as you laid on the couch?

I only lost one of the pounds that I gained back. But I will be completely back on track for next week.

My birthday is getting closer and closer now and I want to be hot before it hits.

It seems a hell of a lot closer when I
stand in front of the mirror naked. Tummy and thights are in definite need of attention before i wear a hot bikini anywhere.

I lost a pound this week. Not good enough since its a pound I had gained.
