Feel the burn

I am the same this week which is fine. I've finally got my ass in gear and have been going to the gym regularily and lifting weights. I was slacking on the cardio end (just concentrating on lifting weights) but hopped on the treadmill today and plan to go back again tomorrow.

I need to rework my thoughts on food if you will. I think rather than trying to follow my nutrition plan (which is great but eating the same thing with a few rotations isn't going to work for me) or trying to eat light TV dinners everyday (because the calories/fat are all right there) I need to just focus on eating healthy things. I know it's not rocket science but I have a tendency to try this, try that, maybe this will work, do this and I always end up back at square one. So my friends, i'm going to try the old fashioned way.....fruits, veggies, salads...and if I want some pasta i'll get whole wheat and eat a smaller portion with a salad rather than a big huge plate of pasta as was the norm before. We'll see what the results are in two weeks :)
