This month has been up and down for me. Since we've restarted the BL, I've lost 3 pounds. In the past few weeks I've not only managed to gain those 3 back, plus a few more......and then I lost a few and am currently at my starting weight. Did any of that make sense :)
( I essentially lost 3, gained 6 and lost 3 again).
I've been slacking big time in the exercise area and have been to the gym like 3 times in the past month, though I'm still playing vball and taking yoga weekly. As well my diet has been poor at best, pizza, fries, veggie burgers, subs....I've been eating it all.
I have given myself a little kick in the ass and I'm going to at least focus on either the eating or the exercise. I've got to do something because I've been feeling like an absolute disgusting cow these past few days and I truly can't go on like this.

Alright Ash, while I've been exercising like a fiend lately, I've also been eating a lot in prep for my championship game.
But now it's time for some serious weight reductions. And that counts for both of us. Especially you.
Let's get that lard ass to the gym, and take that junk food out of your mouth.
After all my talk about getting back on track I forgot to go to Weight Watchers and weigh in this week =( And, this Thursday is Thanksgiving (here anyway) and so I won't be going this week either. I think I'm holding steady still but I gotta keep watching myself.
Ash, you're doing good. You took off all the weight you put back on so that still puts you ahead in my book =)
I just saw a video of myself from the weekend and I'm disgusted.
But, I bought myself some new running clothes, and I'm running a 5k next month and a 10k in the spring.
