Well, no change for me on the scale, I'm still 5 Lbs down from when we restarted. But..... two people this week told me that they had noticed that I had lost a significant amount of weight. On Tuesday,my run club coach told me that I had had the biggest change in body of anyone in my run club. And then, later on Tuesday, my boyfriend pointed it out, out of the blue. So, no scale change, but apparently, still big improvements. I'm still running twice a week even though it's cold and slippery. Rollerderby is on hiatus, but I'm supplementing with extra runs on the weekend.
Also, I don't know if I mentioned, but I've signed up for a 5k and a 10k.

Oh how exciting! It's tough this time of year too so you have a lot to be proud about.
I'm up 3.8 pounds over the past 5 weeks. Boo! It's been hard adjusting to a new place and a new solo lifestyle and I've just been eating out (or junk food) far too often. But I am settling in now and it's time to get back down to business.
Yay I lost 3 pounds! I've been hitting the gym at least 3 times a week, mostly weight training as i'd rather focus on that right now. I do have a bit of an arm injury that i've been ignoring for a month now and I think it's finally biting me in the ass. Perhaps i'll switch to cardio now and let it heal.
Foodwise I did really well for about a week and a half and then blew it. I had fried mushrooms, potato skins, all you can eat Japanese and a million cookies at work. Meh, i'll get back at that tomorrow.
I have gained but we knew I would. Come April you "fatties" are gonna have some competition.
BTW - I am so proud of those who are losing! The holidays are so hard to diet through.
