Alright folks over the holiday's i gorged myself on Chinese Food and homemade Bailey's so needless to say i gained another pound. However, with the holiday's behind i was able to get back on track on tuesday as far as my healthy eating and exercising was concerned. It's only been 3 days so next week's weigh in should be much more promising.
I've been getting up a few minutes earlier and eating breakfast at home. That was a major problem for me over the past few months, i got into the habit of grabbing breaky on the road, bagels and cream cheese....not so healthy. I'm back to my egg whites and oatmeal. I even bought some weightwatchers bread incase i wanted a piece of toast.
As well i've decided to keep a food journal. I figure this will help me keep track of what i am actually putting into my body. I'm also following the weightwatchers points and i've purchased a few of their meals to leave in the freezer at work. I'll be less likely to go out and grab take out if i have something at work to eat when i am too rushed to make a meal.
I'm really excited about this new year!! I know we are only able to count weight lost from our lowest number (like if you gain 2 pounds and then lose those 2 pounds we don't count it as weight lost) are we starting over this year though and counting from our current weight? Or going from our lowest weight last year?

Ok.
I'm back and ready to lose lose lose!
I am a different starting weight than last year cause of the baby.
So let me know who I need to email with my stats as of now.
Cause next week I will for sure be on the losing train!
Berly - Excellent, glad to have you back, email your start weight and height to me.
Ash - The only way you get a new start weight is if you get pregnant and have a baby.
As for me, I worked my ass off this week and gained 5 pounds for a total of 7 pounds higher than my lowest weight. I don't know exactly what happened, but I'm going to keep on trucking, and my clothes are still loose. I've joined a sports team and we're training for a competition in Feb so, I'm hoping for some big progress.
Also some administrative stuff. I want new stats on everyone, not just Berly. I want you to email me heights and weights.

Also, I've been charting my weightloss using an exel sheet. And I'd like to try doing that with the rest of you too this year so if you could write down your weight each week, either on an exel sheet and send it to me, or just email the info to me, that would be great. We could post the charts with no numbers on them just to show progress visually. I was thinking that we could each have a different colour for our backgrounds. We can worry about the logistics later, I'm just asking you to track your weight each week if you aren't already.
I'm up .8 pounds this week. Boo holiday eating!
Jennifer -- I do track each week so that should be no problem. I'm going to e-mail you my current info now.
Should I stay on this blog or should I be honorably discharged?
I am at my target again this year, although I continue to live healthy to maintain my sexy butt.
I leave it to you guys to decide my fate. If you want to bring in PP - and she said she'd only join if I were gone - I wouldnt mind.
LMAO @ Lindsey!!!!
Whoaaaaa Linny!!!
I have a hot date with a soldier in June/July...when he comes home...and I plan to have sex. A lot of it.
SO.....LET'S GET MOVING!!!!!
There will be no jiggling to be had come this summer!
Okay..I put it back. He reads my blog and I didn't want him to find this and feel weird.
But now that he's already read my blog and Idon't think will find this one...we're all good.!
I like a gal who knows what she wants ;)
I happen to think some amount of "jiggling" is good. But, if you want to cut back on it I would recommend working out and toning as opposed to simply losing weight. You've got a goal and a target date so now we just have to help you build a plan of action.
