Still Chubby

Alright so i've neither lost nor gained this week, however it's funny, I had Japanese food, beer, a crepe with Nutella and Banana's, poutine for breaky with Jennifer and i'm the same weight. We walked a fair amount, but no real exercise. We even sat on our asses for two days catching up on Grey's Anatomy episodes.

We've decided to try the points from the Weight Watchers program. I have the book and SS had a good go with it, so Jennifer and I are going to give it a chance. (Jennifer the points are in the mail) I'm going to Take Back the Night this evening so there will be some walking involved and i'll hit up the gym all weekend, i'm not doing anything else really so i have no excuse not to go.

Nobody posts their scores anymore. Anyway, I am up a pound. Donno why. I have been working out regularly.

Good choice on the Weight Watchers plan! I lost another 1.6% this week. I don't know how... I mean, I did watch what I ate, but my family is in town so we ate out every meal. I am now at 12% of my body weight lost. I was only aiming for 10%. Now I need to figure out how to stop!

Trust me, if you watch your points, you will lose weight.

WHat??????????/ 12%? Dude thats huge. Hey seriously, SS, find out if a male runner can do the weight watchers without hampering his running? Thanks!

I gained, but I got carded today, which here means the girl thought I was less than 19, woo!
