Ok.
I realize it's been a few years. I had some babies. Gained some weight. Lost some. Gained some. Lost some. Gained some.
You get the picture?
I have an unhealthy relationship with food.
So for Lent this year I decided to do something drastic.
In hopes to reset my desires and mindset involving food - I have given up chewing food for forty days.
To start, I began the Master Cleanse. I'm on day 13. Down ten pounds.
It is going ok. I mean, I want to eat. But I'm not going to.
My goal is to make it to 28 days. Then I will introducing juicing. So I can keep up with my non chewing of food. I found a good deal on Craigslist for a decent juicer and if I can prove to the hubs that juicing is going to be part of my life here on out, then I get to get the one I really really want. A Vitamix! Which is really a fancy kind of blender. And I want it real bad.
So where is everyone else?
How is everyone else?
And does anyone care to join me on this blog?

I joined WW in January and am down 14.4 pounds so far. I like it, I can eat what I want but obviously opt for healthy options and cook a lot more than I used to. Seems like a slow process, 1-2 lbs a week, but I'm in no hurry. I'd rather it come off slowly than not at all!
Way to go Ash!
That's amazing.
I loved weight watchers. It was the first diet/lifestyle change I ever tried and thought it was perfect to be able to eat what you want as long as your count for it.
