Tomorrow's the day

Alright fatties so enough talking about getting this sucker back up and running, we're doing it tomorrow. We can weigh in twice a month on Thursday's starting tomorrow. Send your information to Jabathehut Jenny and she'll decided whether or not you are fat enough to be a member. I know I am!!!!

So I read about this concept of a negative calorie diet. Of course there are no foods that have negative calories but there are some food that burn more calories in digestion than they actually impart to your body, such as fruits and veggies. So basically the more you eat the more you lose. Of course there is only so much broccoli you can eat in a day. Still the concept is intriguing.

Also, organic vegetable and chicken broth have almost no calories. So basically if you take raw vegetable and put them in the broth and then cook them for a few minutes and add some salt, pepper, you can have a full meal with no calorie impact on your body.

Are we weighing in still? I reached my goal weight with Weight Watchers and I have been holding pretty steady but I am up a few pounds as of late and I don't want it to become a trend. So, I'd really love it if we can all keep each other on track again!
