Ash and I were out this weekend and she was telling me that she's gained 10 lbs since we took our hiatus. It turns out that while attempting to lose weight, she ended up maintaining instead, but while attempting to maintain she gained. I have also gained weight since we last weighed ourselves here, however my clothes are not significantly tighter, and I've run twice a week and had skate practice twice a week.
Anyway, I think for Ashley's sake we should all get back to the gym and start posting again, otherwise she'll get trapped in her house, seriously, Montel will have to rescue her.
Here's a thought I had, let me know what you think. We should look at other forms of evaluation. I don't anticipate my weight changing significantly for the rest of the summer because of all the training. So, for example, I could measure my circumference, and then give any reductions as a percentage. But if you wanted to keep going with the scale and measure your weight, you could present any losses as a percentage. Or we could just all switch over to measuring, it's really size we're aiming to lose anyway right? Thoughts?
Also, what day of the week would you want to start? I feel a weekday is best since most people don't blog on the weekend.
We'd be starting with new weights/measurements.

I am down 21 lbs now.
:o)
I hate going to the gym so I go running at the park every single morning before I go into work and then I walk during my lunch hour.
I am not sure what kind of measuring is gonna work for me. So I am up for anything.
Just let me know what to measure and where to send it!
I am so ready to get skinny people.
No more baby weight!!!!
Oh, and Linny, you are gonna blow away in the wind!
What do you ladies think about a weigh-in every two weeks rather than the one week?
Every two weeks works for me. What day are we going to do it and who has thoughts on what to measure?
Two weeks works for me.
I get the measuring thing as one can gain weight while working out by gaining muscle...hence it sounds like they are "bigger" but they are not bigger in the flabby sort of way.
You'd have to show me where to measure though, or measure me when i'm at your place haha.
