Someone requested the soup recipe. It's actually quite yummy and full of veggies. I really enjoyed it, but had to taylor it to my needs as I do no eat meat. Enjoy! Today's results are below this post.
SOUP:
1 or 2 cans of stewed tomatoes
3 plus large green onions
1 large can of beef broth (no fat)
1 pkg. Lipton Soup mix (chicken noodle)
1 bunch of celery
2 cans green beans
2 lbs. Carrots
2 Green Peppers
Season with salt, pepper curry, parsley, if desired, or bouillon, hot or Worcestershire sauce. Cut veggies in small to medium pieces. Cover with water. Boil fast for 10 minutes. Reduce to simmer and continue to cook until veggies are tender.

I'm sorry for being MIA guys. Life has handed me a lot of blows lately. Still trying to recover.
No worries, there's apparently been a bit of a hiatus. I'm still working on using the WW points but have been unable to exercise at the moment. Not sure what happened to everyone else.
Just a little FYI...I am down a pant size! Woohoo.
For the record....I am down 9 lbs!!!
