I am down three pounds this week.
Not sure at all why this is cause I cheated like crazy.
But I'll enjoy for now.

Ash and I are challenging eachother to a Biggest Loser style weight loss competition and we want you to see all the trash talk as it happens. Here's how to calculate: Week 1: 175 lbs Week 2: 170 lbs; percent: (175-170)/175 = 2.9% Week 3: 175 lbs; percent: (170-175)/175= -2.9% Week 4: 172 lbs; percent is NOT (175-172)/175 = 1.7%; the actual percent should be (X-172)/X = (170-172)/170 = -1.2%.

I didn't lose. I don't need to go into the reasons, other than to mention the superbowl and then a leftovers binge I had on Monday. And I'm not kidding, seriously, it was a binge. I came in the door after skate practice, *starving*, and just started pulling stuff out of the fridge, I ate a whole bag of potato chips, cold wings, cold garlic bread sticks, cold french fries, it was revolting. Since then, I've been a model of healthy eating.
I missed my Weight Watchers meeting today, and I can't go next Thursday either so I'm going to have to be really careful the next few weeks not to screw up. Without my weekly weigh-ins I don't really track where I stand.
