You may all bow down before me. I lost 2% this week. That Weight Watchers is totally doing the trick, getting me off my plateau. I think I just needed something new to get me energised again. I've become maniacal about the points. Not only did I figure out how to calculate them from the nutritional labels of packaging, but yesterday, I ate a snack sized pudding that I had in my cupboard without having the packaging and then tried to find the nutritional info on the internet, when I couldn't get the info from their website I was so pissed off I vowed never to buy that companies product again. Screw you Hunt's!
Also, I had a kickass workout last night. A few more like that and I'll be down to my target weight in no time.
Anyway, fatties, since I'm back on my game, I order all of you to report your weight loss as a percentage this week.

I dont' even want to talk about this week. No gain...but I did a shitty job w/ my diet and so no loss either.
I've also neither gained nor lost this week. It's been a terrible week and i pulled my sciatica nerve and have barely been able to get out of bed let a lone exercise. Les boo......
Thats weak dude. Number loss is more than % loss but since you are the queen now I will comply but not before gym tonight.
Oh and I am off to ATL for vacation and mom asked me a ton of questions about what i want to eat and when I said i dont want to eat much i got scolded. so i am pretty sure that mom is gonna destroy my routine. she's already planning on what she's gonna make me for supper.

I didn't go to Weight Watchers this week so I have no idea about weight for the time being. I really should get my own scale...
