So yes i gained a pound. I doubt it has anything to do with that lovely sundae i ate on the weekend, or the all you can eat chinese buffet i went to last night (It was for a birthday). It's that time of the month for me as well, and i feel like i'm 3 months pregnant i'm so bloated. I'm not sure if any of the other ladies get this but it's awful.
On a lighter note, i have been going to the gym and even though my arms feel like they are going to fall off from the weights i lifted the other day, i'm going back tonight after work. I'm getting back into a routine there and it feels really good. I also made this awesome veggie stirfry and ate a lot of salad this week. So it is slowly coming along for me. Jennifer suggested i stay away from the buffet until i hit my target weight. I agree.

I am triumphant today, I am at my lowest weight again. I went to the gym, my arms are killing me, my knee feels ok right now but we'll see how it feels after another treadmill session.
I'm stoked for next week.

I'm already having a hard enough time resisting the urge to pull through Zaxby's drive through and get a big order of their sweet & spicy boneless chicken wings. They are FANTASTIC and I'm addicted.
I have resisted however and lost 2 lbs of the tons that I gained back.
