Ash and I are challenging eachother to a Biggest Loser style weight loss competition and we want you to see all the trash talk as it happens. Here's how to calculate: Week 1: 175 lbs Week 2: 170 lbs; percent: (175-170)/175 = 2.9% Week 3: 175 lbs; percent: (170-175)/175= -2.9% Week 4: 172 lbs; percent is NOT (175-172)/175 = 1.7%; the actual percent should be (X-172)/X = (170-172)/170 = -1.2%.

Ahem...
the important thing is looking good.
Yesterday I had an amazing day on that front.
First, a co-worker pointed out how much weight I had lost and especially that my chin is pointy for the first time.
Second, I went for a drink after work with some friends and as we were walking through looking for a table, a booth full of guys all turned right around as I walked by to check out my behind. My friend was walking behind me and saw them do it. Normally, I'd be put off by too much of that kind of behavior, but, in this case, it's nice to have your hard work acknowledged.
That's the kind of stuff I use to keep motivated.
Also if you check my blog, you'll see that I ran into a former boy the other day and man was I glad that I was 20-some pounds lighter.
Oh and being healthy is good too.

LOL. The cartoon was so cute...I couldn't help myself, I HAD to post it. Especially after the last few weeks.
FYI...saw some pictures of myself from over the weekend...yeah, that was enough to make me cry. MUST GO WORK OUT!!!
