So this week was a bit different for me as I hurt my back, missed yoga and missed the gym. I did however get to see my chiropractor a whole lot. That being said i've lost 2 pounds in the last two weeks. Not much, but I am happy that it is a loss and not a gain. I have been keeping a food/exercise journal as well, to see if it will help to pinpoint where I can improve.
I did look up the nutrition facts for a few of my old favorites and holy shit, I had no idea the amount of fat and calories in these things. Seriously, every now and again I would get a Green Tea Frappucino and an Oatmeal Fudge Bar....ummmm turns out that "snack" is like almost 1000 calories.

I met a woman this week who lost 70 pounds on Weight Watchers. She says she averages about a pound lost every week. It might not seem like much each week, but look how quickly it adds up to something big!
You're right SS, a pound a week is 52 lbs a year. Wouldn't every fat person like to be 52 lbs lighter this time next year!
I finally got the scale from home and weighed myself for last Thursday's weigh-in. I lost a pound. I didn't really do anything special. I just ran twice a week and went to rollerderby practice and I didn't eat anything special, I ate fatty foods, I just didn't eat very much of them.
