Ugh
So i gained a pound, i have my period which makes me bloated and if you've read my blog you're aware that my blood pressure is that of an 800 pound man. I'm going to the Dr's in the morning to sort that all out and get a true reading. My lifestyle is most likely going to change. Maybe this is what i need to get my ass in gear. I'm not keen on having a heart attack at 28, wish me luck tomorrow.

Jesus, I gained again, I was so hopeful this week. On the upside, I have reduced my size, I'm definitely thinner. I'm not getting as much of the payback for the weightloss any more though, people aren't commenting as much, and I'm not getting the encouragement from the scale.
Ash, what was the blood pressure number?
i havent lost diddly. i went to see my doc yesterday and she said i need to be at 150 fucking pounds. i have stuck to my workout at work routine and have been lifting heavier weights ever passing week. thing is we need to take out 2 solid hours to exercise and thats a tough ask.
I lost 1.8 baby! Oh wait, should I be bragging when all of you are moaning about weight gains? Oh yeah I should -- That's kind of the point of this blog!
However, yesterday was my birthday and I did indulge much more than I wanted to. Fatty nachos, much beer intake and this ice-cream/oreo/Heath bar/fudge/carmel goodness in lieu of a cake. So, perhaps next week I'll be hanging my head in shame.

So i went to the docs today, he said it's 124 and it's fine.
SS i thought you were going to give us some weight watchers tips????
I have the books at home with the points i just haven't started. Is that all i need to do, follow the points?
